Jeffrey Levine has wanted to work in real estate since he was a kid. As chairman of Douglaston Development LLC, Levine Builders and Clinton Management LLC, Levine has directed the new construction and rehabilitation of thousands of residential units, student housing, senior living, hotels and health care facilities. He also has worked on millions of square feet of commercial retail, office and institutional space. When he is not wearing a construction hat, you will find Levine rolling up his sleeves to support several causes close to his heart. He sat down with Jessica Abo to discuss how his humble beginnings and willingness to hustle helped make him the success he is today.
