Why This Entrepreneur Says You Can't Have Passion Without Hustle When the action stops, the drive will follow.

In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Business Rockstars talks with Harmoine Krieger, the founder of Pop Your Shop, about where she finds her drive to be an entrepreneur.

For the times you're stuck in a funk and nothing is going quite as predicted, Krieger suggests ways to find the motivation you need. Krieger shares she turned to self-help books when she felt her thoughts turn to the negative during a period of uncertainty. So, if you can't change how events are unfolding around you, change your mindset instead.

As an entrepreneur you may even feel paralyzed by the chatter inside your head. For this, Krieger recommends the simplicity of taking deep breaths. Quieting your mind is easier said than done, but trying to relax your body in other ways can be a step towards peace.

Krieger is also a big proponent in diving in and going for it. For the entrepreneur, the need to keep up a constant hustle also keeps the ambition and passion alive.

Finally, don't be afraid to ask for help. To Krieger, failing to ask for help is a major pitfall many entrepreneurs fall into. When you're not a master in a certain area -- such as operations or graphic design -- reach out to those with expertise to truly help your business flourish.
