In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Business Rockstars sits down with Allen Shayanfekr, CEO of Sharestates, to talk about some of his most memorable experiences from interviewing potential employees. He also tends to frown upon being too casual in the interview process, either by using slang or cursing. He says you should focus on being professional in the interview, then allow yourself to show more of your casual personality as you find your footing within the business.
