The CEO of NodeSource, Inc., Joe McCann, explains how to attract top talent to your company, in this video with Entrepreneur Network partner Business Rockstars.

McCann explains that it can difficult for startups to compete salary-wise with large companies and corporations. McCann recalls the unique benefit of being able to work out of coffee shops far from home, living in Airbnbs, when he was an independent contractor. This one-of-kind benefit encouraged him to do the same for his employees. McCann's currently offes those that at NodeSource the unique benefit of an Airbnb stipend.

It also turns out, the stipend -- which encourages McCann's employees to travel and explore -- is a motivator, instead of a hindrance, for the team to get work done.
