The day is done -- but how do you make sure you have a restful sleep and will be ready to succeed tomorrow? In this video, author and entrepreneur Tim Ferriss explains the series of strategies and tools (and one surprising drink) he uses to end the day right. And, it begins, rather counterintuitively, with a device called the RumbleRoller.

This is the last in a five-part series of videos that Ferriss is doing for Entrepreneur. In past videos, Tim explained how to win the day with a morning routine, be more productive, tame his inbox and three of the most surprising tips in his new book Tools of Titans.
