Iomega's OfficeScreen suite of SMB-focused managed security solutions incorporates security appliances from Juniper Networks. These offerings include Juniper Networks firewall, IPSec site-to-site VPN, Unified Threat Management and SSL VPN solutions with VeriSign two-factor authentication.

Based on the award-winning Juniper Networks Instant Virtual Extranet (IVE) technology, the Secure Access appliance also features rich access privilege management functionality, performance scalability, and a high availability design, meeting enterprise class needs.

In August, Iomega closed its acquisition of managed services provider CSCI, the 2006 winner of the Juniper Networks, Inc. "Managed Services Provider of the Year" award, and the creator of OfficeScreen managed security services.

According to independent market analysis, the global market for managed security services is expected to be $2.9 billion in 2006, growing to $3.7 billion in 2008.
