MicroMD EMR version 7.0 from Henry Schein Medical Systems is a qualified e-prescribing system that integrates with RxHub, SureScripts and First Data Bank, providing physicians with access to prescription plan eligibility, connectivity to pharmacies nationwide and up-to-date drug interaction information. The 7.0 release includes an improved health-maintenance module for immunization history storage; importing and exporting of CCD and CCR health records; embedded links to PACS images for additional interoperability; and modifications to the patient-routing system for improved patient and wait-time tracking.
