The Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SEF) returns on November 25-26, 2019, with the line-up of speakers including Sheikha Shamma bint Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, founder and CEO of Alliances for Global Sustainability and Circle of Hope Foundation, HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud, founder and CEO of KBW Ventures, as well as international entrepreneurs, such as Chris Gardner, the inspiration for the Hollywood movie, "The Pursuit of Happyness," and Jonas Kjellberg, co-creator of Skype, and others.

The event, organized by the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Centre (Sheraa), will be held at the Expo Center, Sharjah. Held under the theme "The Inner Quest', this year's festival is supported by Sheraa's strategic partners Emaar, Sharjah Media City (Shams), and Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development. "This year, SEF seeks to educate entrepreneurs on how the right mindset is crucial in their quest for success," said Sheraa CEO Najla Al Midfa at a press conference. "The event strives to cement the UAE as an entrepreneurial hub, that not only aids with business acumen, but also offers a sense of positive health and wellbeing, to help innovators grow, scale, and succeed."

Other features of this year's event include Mindvalley Live, a special program curated by a team led by Mindvalley founder and CEO Vishen Lakhiani, as well as its well-known Startup Town that will again showcase 100 innovative startups from around the region, giving them a chance to take part in a pitch competition and win a AED100,000 award.
