In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Peter Voogd speaks with 14-year-old entrepreneur, author and public speaker Caleb Maddix about the keys to success.

So how did this teen begin traveling around the world giving speeches, publishing books and creating his own company at such a young age? Drive.

Since he was 8 years old, Maddix always knew what he wanted to do -- impact people. Practicing speeches with his father and creating YouTube videos were just a couple of the strategies Maddix employed to help launch his career. By age 13, Maddix had his own company.

Maddix and Voogd dive into what makes someone successful. "You don't deserve what you desire, you deserve what you do," Maddix says. Everyone has dreams, but only those who actually act on them will see results. Maddix acted on his own dreams and continues to grow his entrepreneurial empire today.
