In this video, Clear explains a lesson he learned from Seinfeld about beating procrastination and unlocking your creativity. The key is putting in consistent work, every day, and not "breaking the chain."

"This strategy, this idea of consistency and showing up, I've seen it over and over again," Clear says. "The way creative genius reveals itself is when you show up enough times that you get the average ideas out of the way."
