We've all heard the familiar phrase, "It's about who you know." This phrase stems from the idea that to travel a smooth path to success, you often need to have some people with you along the way.

In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Jack Canfield talks about the power a reliable network can have on your career. The strength of certain relationships in your life may be directly correlated to the strength of your profitiability. As Canfield says, businesses and careers are built on the honesty and realness of your relationships.

When building up the strength of these relationships, look to people in your life who know things that you do not, and those who can also connect you to people in their network, who would be difficult otherwise for you to connect with. When forging these connections observe what advice, recommendations and extended connections they can individually offer you.
