Carlos Perez is Assistant Treasurer of The American Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association (AAFMAA) and a retired Army colonel. He served twenty-six years of active duty Army service. He holds a B.S. Degree in Economics from West Point and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business
