Bringing you another nugget from my study in India this week for 5 Minute Friday on The School of Greatness.

It's a simple idea, and I've heard it before, but it's really sinking in for me right now.

The idea is this: What you focus on in your mind and heart is exactly what you will see and experience in the world outside.

So if you want to change your environment, your circumstances or your opportunities, change what you are focusing on inward.
