Allied Domecq Quick ServiceRestaurants, the company responsible for worldwide development ofthese three brands, has awarded a development agreement toChicago-based National Energy Properties LLC that will cover thefollowing counties: Dane, Dodge, Jefferson, Milwaukee, Ozaukee,Racine, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha.
