Randolph, Massachusetts-Construction will soon begin onthe first of 50 new locations in Southeast Wisconsin offeringcombinations of the Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin' Donuts andTogo's retail concepts. Allied Domecq Quick ServiceRestaurants, the company responsible for worldwide development ofthese three brands, has awarded a development agreement toChicago-based National Energy Properties LLC that will cover thefollowing counties: Dane, Dodge, Jefferson, Milwaukee, Ozaukee,Racine, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha. Oklahoma City-Sonic Corp. recently announced the openingof its newest drive-in in Boise, Idaho, marking the chain'sexpansion into its 28th state.
