ICED Acquires Computertots and Computer Explorers Brands <B></B>

Cypress, Texas--The International Center forEntrepreneurial Development (ICED), one of the nation's largestfranchisor organizations, announced that it had acquired twoleading educational technology brands, Computertots and ComputerExplorers. ICED, parent company of nine franchise brands, is theleader in major quick-printing franchises. The company recentlyexpanded into the health-care industry with the acquisition ofWomen's Health Boutique. The acquisition of Computertots andComputer Explorers is the organization's first move into boththe education and the homebased business industries.
