(RMD) in San Diego, Calif., develops, manufactures, and markets medical devices and cloud-based software applications to diagnose and treat respiratory disorders, such as sleep apnea, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), neuromuscular disease, and other chronic diseases. The stock has gained 10.7% in price over the past year and 14% over the past nine months to close yesterday's trading session at $238.52.

The company delivered double-digit growth across top and bottom-line key metrics in its last reported quarter owing to continuing high demand for sleep and respiratory care products, as well as consistent development in its software-as-a-service business.

Furthermore, RMD's continuing efforts to drive innovations across all product offerings should foster optimism among investors regarding its future performance.

Also, its EBITDA margin and asset turnover ratio are 437.9% and 106.1% higher, respectively, than the industry averages. Furthermore, its cash from operations stood at $527.06 million compared to a negative $16.90 million industry average.

The Street expects RMD's revenues and EPS to rise 19.3% and 18.8%, respectively, year-over-year to $3.81 billion and $6.33 in its fiscal 2022.
