A regulatory document describing a franchise opportunity that prospective franchisees have to receive before they pay any money, sign any papers or, in some cases, even meet with the franchisor
Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
The factor or consideration presented by a seller as the reason that one product or service is different from and better than that of the competition
