You're reading Entrepreneur Georgia, an international franchise of Entrepreneur Media.

Stella was born in 1987 in Siberia, USSR. She was 7 years old when the family moved to the United Arab Emirates.

Her interest towards statistics, analytics and, mostly, real estate has led to the latter industry. That's where she found herself professionally.

Stella studied in one of the best and hardest schools in the United Arab Emirates.

"I must say that I was the best in class in statistics, and with time I worked on this skill, and employed it to the moment for critical approach and analytical thinking when approaching projects", - she told us.

Stella studied management in one of the best universities of the UK - The University of Warwick. She graduated from the university with honors and decided to give her career a start in London.

In the interview with Entrepreneur Georgia Stella recalls how much she was always interested in real estate business. Her parents established a hotel in the UAE quickly after they moved there. Stella used to observe the whole process with great interest.

"I witnessed all the process of setting it up, from choosing curtains into rooms, to opening a restaurant for guests and choosing the best products. It was successful and very popular at that time, so I learnt the best. It shaped all what I'm doing now. I was always closely connected to the industry", - she recalls.

Cresco Group was founded in 2014 in Dubai by Niko Gogia. Stella used to work on oil projects and real estate investments back then. The latter used to be the most thrilling part of her work.

Our interviewee used to travel a lot, had friends all over the globe and their experience, as well as hers, led her to see - the real estate business had a huge lack of professional expertise and analysis. That is how she decided to establish Cresco Real Estate.

The most important thing for the Cresco Real Estate team is to deliver service to the companies or the individuals interested in real estate investment hassle free. The segment of the companies they provide with the expertise is very broad, nonetheless they all get equally high levels of service.

As Stella tells us real estate investment is something that interests completely different companies from a variety of industries. The thing is, real estate is a very profitable industry to invest in and the companies comprehend that.

One more segment of the clients for Cresco Real Estate are the individuals, the families who are looking for their home to settle in. Finding a family house, taking all the necessities into account and then moving in can be quite stressful. Stella says it is one of the best feelings to help the families to simplify the process.

"When I'm in the process of communicating with a client I try to fully delve into it, and look from the client's perspective. My employees do the same. We initiate close contact with clients, as we understand that it is a big decision investing in real estate."

Cresco Real Estate successfully operates globally in different countries as well as in Georgia. Stimulating the investment processes in the country is not just a professional aspect for Stella - her husband and two children are of Georgian origin, she is also a Georgian citizen, so contributing to the economic development of the country is of existential importance.

Stella says the Georgian market is very dynamic and enriching the portfolio here is very interesting. The expertise the Cresco Real Estate team provides is already making a positive difference to the Georgian market.

Her response to our question what she would advice the future entrepreneurs and managers was:

"Keep your focus. There are always a number of obstacles that will be on your way to success, overcome them, learn and don't give up."

Stella has a lot of interesting plans ahead with CRESCO both on the Georgian and global market. Establishing a number of development projects is already on the way and implementation of those investments will be very important for the Georgian business landscape.
