In 2015, world leaders adopted 17 "Global Goals" as part of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) focus on issues such as poverty, hunger, good health and well-being, quality education, gender equality, clean water and climate action.
UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, actor and advocate Forest Whitaker is one of 17 high-profile individuals assisting with the SDG campaign. Entrepreneur Network partner Jessica Abo recently visited the UN and interviewed Whitaker, heads of state, celebrities and CEOs about how everyone can get involved in this initiative.
