In this installment, we meet Jules Weldon and Stace Pierce, co-founders of OME Gear. The company's signature product, the Wanderr, is a 5-in-1 recreational lounge chair that folds into a wheeled dolly to help outdoor enthusiasts easily haul their equipment, blankets, toys, tents and coolers wherever they are heading.

The original concept was dreamed up by Weldon's parents in 1998 after they saw a mom struggling to haul all of her kids' stuff to the beach in Delaware. Ten years later, Weldon and Pierce decided to bring that idea to life.

Jules and Stace discovered Alibaba.com after facing issues with a previous manufacturer, and it opened up their world to simplified global sourcing. Not only did they use the platform to find a new, trusted manufacturer that respected the product and their process, but they use the platform for market research in the hope they can expand and grow OME Gear for years to come.
