1. There's a new product in the Patanjali cart! Baba Ramdev's Patanjali has ventured into the telecom sector. In a partnership with BSNL, Patanjali has launched Swadeshi SIM cards. And as the tariff plan is set to hit new lows, what needs to be seen is will Baba Ramdev's plan beat that of Jio's.

2. It seems the Kingfisher is finally caught in the night. Reports suggest that the State Bank of India is set to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against Vijay Mallya in UK court. Mallya reportedly owes SBI Rs 1,600 crore.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi during an interaction with the beneficiaries of the MUDRA Yojana scheme said that in the past three years Rs 6 lakh crore was loaned to 12 crore beneficiaries – out of which 75 per cent were youngsters and women. PM Modi also said that MUDRA scheme helped entrepreneurs get rid of moneylenders and middlemen.

4. While Elon Musk continues on his Mars Mission, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has a new plan. Bezos now wants to build a permanent settlement on the Moon. He said that humans should leave Earth and make the Moon an industrial base.
