IWG, the parent company of Regus, has introduced a new platform that gives businesses on-demand, hourly access to flexible workspace all over the world – and helps them better understand their workspace needs.
Aimed at companies with at least 20 employees, Enterprise Plan will bring even more agility to those who are already reaping the benefits of flexible working. The platform lets teams lease private offices, meeting rooms, co-working space and business lounges by the hour – and pay via a single bill each month. It includes all of IWG's brands (Regus, Spaces, Signature by Regus, No18 and HQ) and give businesses access to 3,500 flexible office locations in more than 110 countries.
Enterprise Plan is our most flexible solution to date. It is specifically targeted at businesses who require on-demand access to workspace for their teams, and is easy to manage with control, usage visibility, and simple billing with one monthly invoice or by pre-payment in the currency of their choice.
Whether it's a small team of 20 users who travel to regional clients and need access to a productive working environment or for a global sales team of 500 Account Directors who travel internationally to meet clients and need access to reliable business-grade meeting rooms and offices – the Enterprise Plan offers the perfect solution.
Through one simple account, accessible through an easy-to-use app, businesses can search and book workspace online. Either way, they're given reports on their monthly usage and spend, which lets them make data-driven decisions about their company's office needs. There is also a dedicated support team to help with any queries.
IWG has been developing Enterprise Plan for the past few years. A number of its clients have been early adopters of the platform, and are already enjoying the benefits
More than 225 of Regus' team members are enrolled in Enterprise Plan and it is used to provide access to workspace where Regus doesn't have a dedicated office. We really value the fact there is only one bill each month and we don't worry about settling lots of different invoices. Our teams really like it and the service we get from the support team is truly fantastic.
Kathleen McRory, EMEA Facilities Manager at Groupon is also pleased with the agility Enterprise Plan brings her team, and Groupon has now enrolled 100 employees in the platform. She said that Enterprise Plan works for them because the Sales team are on the road and don't have an office, so they use the centres all the time. They also like the consolidated billing because they have a monthly budget and don't want to have to settle invoices for each employee across multiple countries.
Enterprise Plan is extremely flexible in the payment options offered to businesses. Companies can choose the On-Demand plan – where they pay only for the space their team uses. They can opt to pay an upfront deposit, which means they are rewarded with discounts. Alternatively, a range of Flexible Working Plans are available, where customers redeem a certain number of visits each month (paid via monthly subscription). Whichever method they choose, businesses can pay for the Enterprise Plan in any global currency.
What's more, preferential pricing is offered to customers who spend large amounts on subscription memberships, and those entering into longer-term plans with Enterprise.
The launch of Enterprise Plan is part of IWG's continued effort to find ways to make working even more flexible, and innovate the way businesses make use of workspace all over the world to boost the efficiency and productivity of their teams.
