Stockviews becomes the top investor pick at GMIC Bangalore 2016 418 startups applied from more than 24 countries

G-Startup Worldwide conference - GMIC Bangalore saw 15 choicest startups pitch this week. Amongst them, StockViews, a marketplace for asset managers and vetted, independent equity analysts, emerged as the winner on Wednesday.

The G-Startup Worldwide competition at GMIC Bangalore is where entrepreneurs from around the globe gathered to pitch world leading VC judges for the first prize of a $50,000 investment and other coveted prizes.

The winner StockViews also receives a complimentary trip to Silicon Valley for the global finals to compete against international winners from Seoul, Tel-Aviv, Beijing, Tokyo, Jakarta, Sao Paulo, and Silicon Valley to win an additional $250,000 investment.

418 startups applied from more than 24 countries. 15 finalists are selected by our amazing Evaluation Committee, consisting of investors from Kae Capital, Kyron Global, Sequoia Capital, Blume Ventures, GWC Innovator Fund, M&S Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, India Quotient, SAIF Partners and Norwest Venture Partners based on industry, traction, product innovation, and team.

The second place was earned by nu,mb,erz – a SaaS platform for small businesses to better manage their cash flow. : WorkIndia, a marketplace that helps corporations find skilled workers, bagged the second price.
