Jay Starkman is the founder and CEO of Engage PEO, a professional employer organization providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. In addition to HR services, Engage offers counsel to help clients minimize costs and maximize efficiency through a full range of health and workers compensation insurance products. Starkman holds a law degree from the University of Miami.
