Constellation Brands has budgeted more than $40 million to market four new seltzer flavors under its Corona beer label. Corona hard seltzer will come in four flavors: tropical lime, mango, cherry and blackberry lime. Each flavor will have 90 calories and have zero grams of sugar. The seltzer will launch this spring.

A startup called Outlier.org allows students to take online classes for college credit. They just announced an $11.7 million raise in Series A funding led by GSV Ventures. Outlier charges $400 per class ... that includes all costs including textbooks, which is way more affordable than a class you'd take at a residential college. The startup held its first classes during the fall semester.
