1. Foodtech unicorn acquired Swiggy acquired AI startup, Kint.io, for an undisclosed amount. The AI startup specializes in applying deep learning and computer vision for object recognition in videos.

2. Bus aggregator start-up, Shuttl, recently entered the food delivery space by launching meals on buses for daily commuters. The move will help Shuttl to upscale its captive customer base.

3. Zomato continues to grow and shine. The food-tech startup has raised Rs 284 crore in fresh funding from US investor Glade Brooke Capital.
